In 2022, I was approached by Iberika to redesign their website as part of a business expansion. After two decades of focusing on government contracts, their website for private customers from the late 1990's needed to be completely redone.
Because the company had changed a lot since then, more than a visual upgrade was required. In dialogue with the founder, I re-structured the entire architecture and experience of the site. Removing and adding functionality in many places.
As the sole freelancer in charge, I handled the design and the development side of the project. I employed Webflow to be able to implement a consistent design system across a site of this scale. Their CMS features were implemented to allow later editing of the site by the client.
There were periodic check-ins with the founder, that relayed feedback from the rest of the company. Aside from that, I was using the old website and their current site (focused on public work) as inspiration.
The site is still in the final stages of development and is expected to launch in February 2023.
